Family Forms Clinic - Free, in-person Family Court forms assistance

The Family Forms Clinic at the Law Library Resource Center offers free, in-person Family Court forms assistance. A volunteer attorney and law students are available to help you complete your Family Court forms.

Reservations can be made starting one (1) week prior to the event.

Important information about participating:

• Be on time - if you are late to your registered appointment, it may be given to someone else.
• Walk-in appointments are limited, and not guaranteed.
• Children are not permitted due to space limitations - please have a childcare plan before your appointment.
• Only Family Court forms assistance is provided.
• Complete your court forms to the best of your ability before your appointment.
• Bring an interpreter if needed.
